Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery:
To bring you the best prices on our unique styles, we ship directly from our international warehouse.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow 10–20 business days for your order to arrive.
- Shipping Origin: Products are shipped from our warehouse in China.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package's journey.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other external factors beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
- 10-Day Return Policy: You may return any non-personalized items within 10 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
- Item Condition: All returned items must be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging.
- How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please email us at info@cutiepawco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Personalized & Engraved Items
All items that have been personalized or engraved are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please double-check all spelling and details before placing your order for an engraved item.
