Order Processing

Every collar is custom engraved to order, so please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. We take care to get every engraving right — your pup's name and your phone number, perfectly etched on the buckle.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime on our Order Tracking page.

If tracking hasn't updated in a while, don't worry — international shipments sometimes experience delays during customs clearance. If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we'll help you out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. All other international orders have flat-rate shipping based on your region (see table above).

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we start engraving right away, we have a short window for changes. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

We've got you covered. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement at no charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. Most orders under $75 USD clear customs without additional fees.
