Common Questions

I haven't received a tracking email yet

Tracking emails are sent once your order ships (after 1-3 days of processing for engraving). Check your spam/junk folder — tracking emails sometimes end up there. If it's been more than 5 business days, contact us.

My tracking hasn't updated in a while

International shipments may show no updates during customs clearance — this is normal and can take 3-7 days. Your package is still moving! If there's been no update for 10+ days, reach out to us.

My package shows delivered but I didn't receive it

Check with neighbors, your building office, or any safe delivery spots around your property. Sometimes delivery drivers mark packages as delivered a day early. If you still can't find it after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help.
